As per the quick track and trace I conducted today, this crime is traceable on-chain with outflows to TOKENION, COINBASE and BINANCE, meaning that these regulated exchanges will comply with court orders for identity of the wallets. Although this is a very quick investigation and does not include the criminal wallets at the exchange, it is just a matter of diligence to demonstrate chain of custody of the digital asset and criminal association and conduct.
