TRANSPARENCY

TDNO has opted to remain an Australian Sole Trader Business (ABN) entity that operates at lower than market value cost. When we can afford to, we provide genuine pro bono or free services to victims as much as this is financially possible. We have over 470 free members in the crime fighting community and have helped to prevent cyber-crime and romance scams for tens of thousands of web site visitors.

WHAT'S HAPPENING?
Cyber, Crypto and Financial Crime is a global crime pandemic and far too many victims are falling through the cracks based on archaic and inappropriate justice criteria. I am not the only one who thinks this way, but I am one of the few people to put my money where my mouth is. I can't do it alone.

If you would like to learn more please email me.

My name is Glyn MacLean and I am committed to helping as many people as I can.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP VICTIMS?

You can help sponsor a pro bono case to help someone whose case has been rejected by law enforcement. You can help cold cases that have new leads. You can help direct costs for increasing the quality of service. We have a lot of ideas including software development and tools! If you become a sponsor or donor, you can also receive direct access to monitor how the donation is spent or the sponsorship benefits. I would like to build solutions like facial recognition of fake social profiles and have a unique idea for victim centricity in evidence processing.

WHAT'S WRONG WITH A 501(c)(3) CHARITY?

The primary reason for the ABN choice is that a USA based 501(c)(3) is forbidden by USA IRS to influence politicians and politics and (or) problematic going after and challenging people who profit from misery. Whereas TDNO's view is that legislative change is needed. We will work directly with any political party who will act in good faith to improve legislation for victims. We won't apologise for challenging.

This ABN Sole Trader independent legal status also provides freedom of speech to challenge lack lustre law enforcement, lawyers, accountants, software companies and other participants whose behaviours may be the root cause of victimisation and is genuine advocacy and activism. I have already been sued for defamation, an action that failed and I am typically in the cross hairs for challenging poor ethics and exploitation.

It is important that this work has freedom from influence. While also not having to meet the for-profit obligations of a limited liability organisation. Or getting stuck in limitations of charitable status to challenge. Yet still providing direct accountability under Australian common law.
